Note! For security reasons, do not state the full number on your smartcard when issuing a written request. Provide in writing only the first six digits and the last four digits of the card, for example 7890 ****** 123456

Please call our call center service 24/7 and they will be able to help with the following issues (for security reasons cannot be discussed via email):

  • Cards that were lost / stolen / damaged
  • Questions about transactions made on the card or on the balances on the card
  • Help with regards to the PIN
  • Registration to “My Account” online
  • Assistance with regards to user name and/or password to “My Account” that were forgotten
