Activation and use of MasterCard

Holders of MasterCard enjoy a range of services and tools that make using the card simple, accessible and convenient.

Registration in the personal area - all information in one place

 

Register in the personal area on the website and you can benefit from information about the card’s actions and your balance at the click of one button. During initial registration on the website, click on “My Account”, choose “New Registration” and simply follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Upon every entry to “My Account”, you will be asked to enter the last 4 digits on your card.

 

How to replace the card?

Has your card expired? No need to get stressed. Go to your nearest post office with the card and an ID and you can transfer the remaining balance on the card to a new card.

 

Redeeming the balance on the card

For your convenience, the balance on the card can be redeemed and the consideration received in NIS and in cash, free of charge. Go to your nearest post office branch with the cad, and ID. They will give you the balance of the card in cash in NIS (based on the relevant cash buying rate of the Postal Bank on the date of redemption) or in foreign currency less 1% of the principle. Note – the card holder must be present during redemption of the card.

 

Clarification of a charge or transaction details

For your convenience, the details of a transaction carried out through our website or app “Reloadable Smartcard” or by contacting the telephone call center that is open 24/7 can be clarified. Dial 180-943-1521 and our representative will be happy to investigate and help you with all of the details.

 

Reporting a lost/stolen card

Can’t find your credit card? Contact the telephone call center at 180-943-1521 as soon as possible to report a lost /stolen card and to block the card. Note that the card is insured by all types of credit cards.
