This is an ancillary service for sending registered mail. Its purpose is to provide the sender with proof that the mail item was delivered to the addressee. Persons interested in this service will fill out a special form at the postal unit and will pay the required fee. The fee will not be returned, even if the mail item is not delivered to its destination. |
