Israel Post is happy to provide you with a support call center that you can contact concerning any of the services offered on the Israel Post website.
The support call center is available Sunday through Thursday between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Fridays between 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
To contact our call center please dial 171, select 1 (business customers) or 2 (private customers) and then choose extension 4.
Additionally to the support call center, you can contact the online store’s customer service available Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (not available on Fridays, holiday eves, holidays and Saturdays).
